Yes, we can ship to the UK/EU! We are using USPS + Pirateship and can ship anywhere these services are able. Please make note that you the customer will be responsible for any additional costs or fees due to customs or taxes.

✧ Will I be getting a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided for the following countries: The United States, all countries in the European Union, Australia, Canada, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
Tracking numbers cannot be guaranteed for any other country.

✧ How long will it take for me to get my order?
This depends on location. Orders placed in the continental US will likely arrive within 4-12 days, while international orders could be anywhere between 2 weeks to 3 months. Countries of interest with notably longer shipping times include Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
PLEASE note that we will be unable to ship to countries not accepting inbound international mail. All physical orders placed from these countries will be refunded. Please refer to the USPS Service Alerts page under the SUSPENSIONS section to ensure your destination is NOT currently under suspension: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm
Customs: The customer is responsible for paying additional taxes and fees for the order. We are not responsible for any fees associated with customs and import procedures. We will not be refunding any additional costs.

✧ I've made an error / I am moving. Can I update my address?
Please send us a Twitter DM or email if you need to change your address! However, we will not be able to correct addresses AFTER labels have been printed and you receive your shipping notification. We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Please double check your information before submitting your order. Should we ship to an incorrect address due to customer error/not being informed, you will need to wait for the package to be returned to us and you will be charged return shipping.

✧ Will I be able to return my order if I don't want it any longer?
You will have until the preorder period ends to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and labelled, cancellations will not be accepted. If you need to cancel your order, you will need to do so before you receive a shipping notification.

✧ My package was returned-to-sender. What should I do?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible. After that, we can arrange to reship it. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back out.

✧ My package arrived damaged! What will you do?
We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transit. Our items are all carefully packaged to prevent this within our power. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to have items exchanged if possible.

✧ My package never arrived. What now?
Lost packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer partial refunds for lost packages or, should stock be available, reship your order.
We are not responsible for shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL...) and cannot answer any tracking details beyond what you already see.
We are not responsible for any package that says "delivered". We are not responsible for any address input errors.
